My Personal Training Packages
For your training sessions, equipment will be used in my home gym studio or garden
I will will guide you through each session of your
personal training sessions to ensure correct form and execution of each movement.
You can book these sessions individually or in blocks of 5 or 12 sessions.
All programmes will give you just as effective workout as you would get in a gym setting.
Ideal for those just starting out their fitness journey
To keep you active been our sessions together I will give you a free bonus home workout you can do by yourself.

I had Declan as my personal trainer for the 12 sessions package. I found Declan to be extremely professional and training in my home could not have been more convenient. He has a lovely, kind manner and makes personal training very accessible to all.
Declan has been a great trainer for me and my family members (sister and son also trained). We were all new to the gym and a bit wary of what it involved. But Declan brought us through our programmes each week in an cheery, highly informative, calm and gentle way so we achieved a “just right” level of challenge. Plenty of times it was hard: sore legs after the days I did squats etc and the workouts need determination as I had become a couch potato. Declan was always really encouraging and positive and a great role model for a healthy approach to fitness so I encouraged my son to come too. He found it great for boosting his mental health in the aftermath of The isolation that many young people experienced because of covid. I always enjoyed our chats as well.
