I will bring equipment with me for your training sessions, to be used in your home or garden space. I will will guide you through each session of your personal training to ensure correct form
and execution of each movement.
You can book these blocks of 8 or 12 sessions.
All programmes will give you just as effective workout as you would get in a gym setting.
To keep you active been our sessions together I will give you a free bonus home workout you can do by yourself. I will of course go through this with you before you try it.
